PH777 has the right to reject any registration request without stating a reason. As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may also be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, such as your National ID or passport.

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or other technical weaknesses found on the platform in order to gain an unfair edge over the system.
• Opening or running an account for anyone below 21 years old, which is the legal gambling age in the Philippines.
• Showing disrespect toward other members — whether it's harassment, bullying, or any kind of harmful behavior — is not allowed on PH777.
• You may not pretend to be PH777 staff or give anyone a false impression about your identity.

These are the situations where PH777 can suspend your account temporarily or shut it down permanently:

• When you break any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification turns up false or incomplete information from you.
• If your account has had no activity for more than twelve (12) months.
• When a court or any legal authority orders us to close the account.
• If you personally ask for it — for example, by choosing self-exclusion.
